D.R. Jordan Plumbing Heating & Cooling

D.R. Jordan came out within hours of me calling to discuss availability. Arrived, very clean and professional. Took about 10 minutes to diagnose the issue one of the toilets. Thoroughly explained what he saw, before installing the replacement. I had a few other questions about other plumbing concerns for my home. He took the time to educate and explain the how's and why's things need to be done a certain way. He did not try to upsell. I very much appreciate and respect his professionalism. I will keep D.R. Jordan's number handy and recommend to neighbors and friends!

Reid does great work and along his work, he also explains the why for me to understand. His prices are reasonable and is always prompt, courteous, and honest. Will use him and his company again!!

Reid came by to give me an estimate. He was incredibly friendly and informative and actually talked me out of using his services!! We opted to use a propane tank rather than gas line. I’m so impressed by his professionalism and honesty and will definitely call him next time we need a service.

Reid has helped us with multiple plumbing issues and also performed an install on a new air conditioning unit when our old unit failed earlier this year. He is highly responsive, honest, and knowledgeable and does good work.

The absolute best plumber I’ve ever had….and I have worked with a few. My water heater was leaking and ended up needing to be replaced. DR Jordan came the SAME day I called about the issue, despite having a busy schedule. They ensured I had a water heater that day. Went lengths to explain how things worked to me, safety features etc. You could tell DR Jordan really cares about the customer. The pricing I also felt was very good based on my research. Would absolutely use again for any of my plumbing needs.

Working with Reid on my recent tie in to the city sewer was a pleasure. He was very informative and in good communication at all times. His crew was efficient and left the property in good condition at the completion of the work. I will trust any plumbing or A.C. concerns to DR Jordan plumbing in the future. A job well done.

Reed was great. He set up the plumbing to my newly renovated kitchen. I had bought a new faucet that had a manufacturing defect that Reed had brought to my attention. After I purchased a new faucet he came back out and installed the new faucet free of charge. Great Customer Service. Will use again in the future!
